Starts 2 April. This is a gentle flow class to ease into the evening and the weekend, exploring quality and range of movement while maintaining contraction and engagement throughout. We explore yoga postures and somatic movements connecting to our breath before resting in savasana. You will be given the option to purchase a class pass upon booking. The Zoom link will be sent by email on the day of the class.
