Class description

Last Friday of the month. 5:45-6:45pm. In this class we use yoga postures and somatic movement to open the body and prepare it for seated meditation. We'll explore different techniques, both in movement and in seating, and will transition into a meditative state as naturally as possibly. This class is meant to help you unwind, slow down, and tune into a different state of being. You will be given the option to purchase a class pass upon booking. The Zoom link will be sent by email on the day of the class.
