Class description

In this class we use yoga postures and somatic movement explorations to prepare the body for seated meditation. We'll explore different techniques to quiet the mindbody from the week's hustle and bustle. This class is meant to help you unwind, slow down, and tune into a different state of being. You will be given the option to purchase a class pass upon booking. The Zoom link will be sent by email on the day of the class.
