First Friday of the month, 5:45-6:45pm, online only. In this class we use yoga postures and somatic movement to open the body and prepare it for seated meditation. We'll explore different techniques, both in movement and in seating, and will transition into a meditative state as naturally as possibly. This class is meant to help you unwind, slow down, and tune into a different state of being. Please note that online payment options are currently suspended.
