NOTES on hot yoga classes
 

 * The studio is heated to 28 to 32 degrees. Please note this is not a hot power class. It is a yoga class where principles of physical alignment are explored in breath-synchronised movements. We sweat more than in a non-heated class due to the temperature in the room. I recommend that you drink plenty of water before class and that you take as many breaks as you need to, to allow the body to sweat a healthy sweat. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions/doubts about how this class is structured. 

 

 PLEASE NOTE. If you have a condition, an injury, have recently had surgery or are recovering from physical or emotional trauma please let me know. You can contact me via email or talk to me whenever you see me. It's important for me to evaluate your circumstances in order to guide you through an appropriate series of asanas (postures) or, if necessary, to refer you to a yoga or physical therapist.
