I had the immense pleasure of a whole week of body and soul nourishment under Emanuela’s excellent guidance - a tuition that brought me to a yoga practice level that I hadn’t been at for years. She rekindled my passion for daily practice, helped our group of 11 limber up, slow down and settle into ourselves. It was such a welcome, nurturing break. For me taking 7+ days to make something a habit is a great idea. Like all busy people, I find myself putting off activities that are just for me, like yoga and exercising. I loved the feeling after our twice daily sessions, and also loved just feeling stronger and fitter in general.
Emanuela is an amazing teacher, very patient, calming, and welcoming to everyone, whether you are a first timer or have been practicing for years. She designed each daily practice to include rest when you need it, and more strenuous sessions when you need those too. The exercises were doable, but challenging. If I had tried to jump into 2 hours of yoga everyday by myself, there is no way I would have made it past Day 2.
Emanuela keep my wandering brain focused. Each day, I felt better than the previous. I would highly recommend practicing yoga with Emauela, if you’re a brand-new-to-yoga person or a more experienced daily yogi - she will tailor each session for you. A wonderful experience - thank you so much

In 2023 I will be returning to Corfu to teach for two weeks. You can join any of the two retreat-weeks, or both.
We will start each day with a dynamic yoga class: exploring different postures through breath-synchronised movements, or working through the Ashtanga primary series, with options for everyone. This will be followed by plenty of time for breakfast/brunch and then hours of free time.
The evening yoga practice will be more restorative, and will include seated meditation practice. This class will be followed by a delicious home-made dinner.
The 7-night package normally includes:
Two yoga classes per day
Accommodation in traditional Greek Ionian villa facing the sea
Daily breakfast and Greek vegetarian/vegan dinners
20-minute welcome massage (by a local therapist)
One evening yoga class on a peninsula (with boat trip)
Free bicycles for getting around

The Corfu retreat experience
I wanted to say a massive thank you for leading such wonderful yoga practices. I felt so lacking in energy before I arrived in Corfu, and in desperate need of some R&R, and self love, and I got everything I needed and so much more. It was just the best week and I absolutely loved your style of teaching and the way the classes built up to tell a story. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness. I’ll be seeing you on the mat in no time.

Thank you for an amazing retreat. It was an inspiring journey through different practices and thoughts, opening my mind to a new world of yoga. I feel inspired to continue exploring and moving. Emanuela stretched my body, mind and consciousness.
